Q: How long does it take for orders to process?
A: If an order does not contain any pre-order items, you can expect to recieve a shipping confirmation email within 1-14 working days of placing an order, as we make everything except for the artbooks in-house! We aim to process orders as quickly as possible.

Q: I've received a shipping confirmation but the tracking number doesn't work, why?
We send your shipping confirmation as soon as we've purchased the postage. Tracked items are then picked up by the postal service the next available day - note that your tracking number may not work right away but should be activated within 3-5 working days!
