Q: How long does it take for orders to process?
A: If an order does not contain any pre-order items, you can expect to recieve a shipping confirmation email within 1-10 working days of placing an order, as we make everything except for the artbooks in-house! We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, but we have to work around our day jobs.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We have shipping information in the shipping and delivery page!
Q: When do pre-orders end and when will they be posted?
A: Pre-orders for artbooks and bundles containing artbooks will end on the 15th of April and will be sent to print that same day. They usually take about two weeks to print and arrive so expect to see a shipping update by the end of April!
Q: I've received a shipping confirmation but the tracking number doesn't work, why?
We send your shipping confirmation as soon as we've purchased the postage. Tracked items are then picked up by the postal service the next available day - note that your tracking number may not work right away but should be activated within 1-3 working days!
Q: Can I refund or return my order?
A: Unfortunately, as we are a small team we are unable to offer refunds or returns on items, however if an issue arises please contact coldoggo[at]gmail[dot]com to see if we can offer you a replacement!
Q: What is the difference with the misprint shirts?
A: Sometimes, during the process of making shirts, one will turn out with imperfections which we would not want to send to someone who has bought a shirt - so we sell them at a reduced price! The printing issue will be included in the listing and will be the following:
- Overbleed When printing, too much ink was on the screen and has caused part of the design to have spread
- Distressing When printing, there wasn't enough contact or ink and part of the design isn't solid black like it should be
- Marked When printing, a blob of ink was on the surface of the screen/frame or leaked through the edge of the emulsion, leaving a blob-like mark on the design
These shirts are great options for people who want a totally unique Lookouts piece for less, and they still come with the two bonus stickers and hand-drawn thank you!
Q: Can I make and sell my own Lookouts merch?
A: Of course! As long as the artwork used is made by you and unique (i.e. not traced or copied from official Lookouts artwork or made with AI) you are welcome to make your own merch, especially if it is a product we don't offer! We'd love if you tag us on social media posts about it (we love to see all fan-made work), and if you could link to the game in any listings that would be especially fantastic!!
